Ho Ho Ho! We are excited to put on our first Christmas Feast out here at Macaronis Resort in the Mentawai Islands, Indonesia. To celebrate we are surfing and enjoying a wonderful holiday feast prepared by our wonderful kitchen staff and head chef, Danny O’Donnell.
Below is the menu with special lunch and dinner to bring in the holiday!
Both meals will be served buffet style

- Stuffed Duck LeOrange – Orange glaze with Asian Stuffing
- Christmas Ham
- Potato Salad with Mustard Dressing
- Dessert: Sticky Date with Cream & Wafers
- Roast Rosemary Garlic Leg of Lamb
- Port Wine Red Currant Jelly
- Roast Vegetables (potato, sweet potato, roast capsicum, seeded mustard lemon dressing olive oil)
- Roast Chicken wrapped in Bacon with Traditional Stuffing
- Garden Salad
- Dessert: Christmas Pudding Desserts with Anglaise
