1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Macaronis Resort, JS Industries, JS Garage Bali, Surfers Compass, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor
This promotion is organized by Macaronis Resort, Mentawai Islands, Indonesia.

3. Agreement to Terms
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that their entry complies fully with the rules of the promotion.

4. How to Enter
Entry is voluntary. To participate, entrants must:

1. Follow @macaronisresort, @jsindustries99, @jsgaragebali, and @surferscompassapp
2. Comment on the giveaway post answering the prompt: “What does surfing mean to you?”
3. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories

Only entries that complete all steps during the promotion period will be considered valid.

5. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on the date the post is published and ends 21 days thereafter. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• A complimentary trip to Macaronis Resort (accommodation, meals, and surf access included; flights not included unless otherwise stated)
• One (1) surfboard from JS Industries x JS Garage Bali, subject to the following conditions:
  • Surfboard may be custom or stock, at the discretion of JS Garage Bali
  • Only standard PU construction is included (EPS, Hyfi, Carbon, or alternative constructions are excluded)
  • Maximum board length included in the prize is 6’4”
• One (1) 12‑month Surfers Compass subscription

Total prize value: USD $3,300+.
The prize is non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
The prize may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval from Macaronis Resort.

7. Travel Window
The complimentary trip to Macaronis Resort must be taken between October 2026 and April 2027.
If the winner is unable to travel within this period, the prize may be forfeited.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random using Giveaway.com, based on verification of all required entry steps.
The winner will be announced on the @macaronisresort Instagram account and contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Macaronis Resort reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Travel Requirements
The winner is responsible for:

• Obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
• Arranging and paying for international flights unless otherwise specified
• Complying with all travel, health, and safety regulations

10. Rights Granted by Participants
By entering, participants grant Macaronis Resort permission to use their submitted comments for promotional purposes, including reposting or featuring entries on social media.

11. Limitation of Liability
Macaronis Resort and partners are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or incomplete entries
• Technical issues affecting entry submission
• Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
