Hello August Surfers,

As we bid farewell to another incredible month at Macaronis Resort, it’s time to reflect on the waves, adventures, and unforgettable moments that shaped our August journey. ‍♂️

The beginning of the month gifted us with smokin’ swells and the thrill of scoring some epic barrels. Throughout August, even as the winds shifted to the south, our guests continued to enjoy the surf, exploring a variety of breaks and embracing the island life to the fullest.

Remember that our 2024 surf coaching clinics are now open for bookings! The summer months of January to March promise the chance to fine-tune your surfing skills and experience the magic of uncrowded perfection.

1. SURFING IN DECEMBER

PERFECT WAVES + LOW CROWDS + BIG DISCOUNTS

December – The secret to travel when others are less likely to because there are perfect waves all year round.

During December, we’ve seldom seen a charter boat, especially over Christmas and New Year, and if we get a few surfers booked, then we’re able to visit the surrounding breaks a bit more often, which are also empty!

Our returning guests who visit during the low season rarely go back to visit during the peak season because they claim to catch 15 waves for every 1 wave they would usually catch in the peak season, and who doesn’t love more waves?

2. INTERMEDIATE SURF COACHING CLINIC 2024

3. SPA TREATMENTS

Welcome to Macaronis Resorts’ own Siniai Spa.
Indulge in a healing spa treatment by one of Macaroni’s own massage therapists. Professionally trained, our lovely massage therapists give high-quality, caring treatments that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

With an understanding of surfer ailments, they work with you to focus on areas of tension and address your specific needs.

4. PRIVATE RESORT BOOKINGS

Private Resort Bookings – Exclusive to your Group!

Book 22 rooms/surfers for a minimum of 1 week, and each surfing guest receives 20% off their first week and 30% off their second week, applicable to the surfer package. A speedboat charter price is also available for 22 guests arriving and departing together, connecting with the Mentawai Fast. Also included is a complimentary 5-10 minute movie of your trip!
