February has been an awesome month here at Macaronis Resort, filled with countless memorable moments of waves and good times with our guests.

Each of our eight surf coaching clinic weeks has been a tremendous success, blessed with favourable swell and wind conditions. From perfect reef runners to the occasional larger days, we enjoyed every moment, including the thrill of surfing perfect Greenbush over the past couple of weeks.

We’re riding the wave of excitement as we’re in our final week of clinics, basking in the positive feedback we’ve been receiving from our guests. We’re also most appreciative of the constructive feedback we receive which helps us to continually improve. Our dedicated team went above and beyond as usual, elevating the experience for every participant who took part this year.

2. EQUITY OPPORTUNITY

Three ownership positions were recently taken up, and as our annual financials are due to be released with an anticipated increase in valuation, another owner has decided to sell two positions (1% equity), as they no longer intend to visit, and would like to offer this incredible opportunity to one of our loyal guests who would like to join the Macaronis Family of Owners!

Please keep in mind, this is a private opportunity open by invitation only, and positions only become available from time to time when an existing owner decides to sell. Owners and their families get to stay one week for free every year, for each minimum share owned. In recent years, owners have enjoyed a cash return of 5% of market cap annually (as well as enjoying annual visitation entitlements), while surplus profits are continually reinvested back into the business, generating steady capital growth over time. In 2023, we hosted 50% more guests than 2022 and 2024 is shaping up to be another bumper year!
