Meet Oney. @oneyanwar started surfing at just 7 ye Meet Oney. @oneyanwar started surfing at just 7 years old in Lakey Peak, Sumbawa. By 9 he had moved to Bali to chase his dream. By the time he was a teenager he had relocated to Australia, where he was mentored by world champion Mick Fanning. In 2010 he made history, becoming the first Indonesian to win an Australian Pro Junior event. He’s competed internationally ever since, and his story is so powerful it became a documentary: Chasing the Dream. But what makes Oney special isn’t just his surfing. It’s his ability to share it.
