At the heart of our Padang operations is Pak Yon, our Company Director, who oversees all logistics and purchasing with the support of Rini and Daus. Together, they ensure every step of your journey runs smoothly long before you arrive.
Upon landing in Padang, Daus will be waiting to welcome you with the friendly, relaxed hospitality Macaronis is known for. He’ll personally coordinate all your transfers and guide you through each stage of the journey, making sure you’re comfortably on your way to the resort.

Sandy and Ratna take care of the day‑to‑day operations that keep Macaronis running smoothly. They’re the ones handling the bills, coordinating everything that happens behind the scenes, and guiding our staff with calm, steady leadership. Their work ensures our services and facilities stay at the high standard guests expect.
They also maintain strong relationships with our local Mentawai community and keep communication flowing with our Padang Logistics team, making sure every part of the Macaronis experience stays connected and seamless.

At the resort, Dede Saraina leads our guest relations as Manager, supported by Fritz and Raju, our experienced hosts and surf guides. With more than 30 years of combined experience and deep roots in the Mentawai Islands, they know these waves, this culture, and this coastline better than anyone. Their warmth, local knowledge, and genuine care ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and part of the Macaronis family.
Our talented Indonesian Photographers capture the magic of your trip from start to finish. Each week, they produce a full surf movie from our guests that you can watch in our YouTube Channel (add the link), and they also offer personalized photography and video services. If you’d like, they can create a professionally edited film of your stay, along with a curated selection of high‑quality photos to take home as unforgettable memories.
