Inclusive Packages

In 2010 guests have the option of booking an 8 day / 9 night OR 15 day / 16 night package which includes 2 nights travelling to and from the Mentawai Islands on Ambu Ambu Ferry.

The Ambu Ambu Ferry departs on Tuesday afternoons at 5:00pm and returns to Padang at 7:30am on Thursday mornings. Airport pick up and drop off is included in the package as well as a take away meal to eat on the boat whilst traveling. The cabins are air-conditioned, clean and very comfortable.

Please note that arrivals in Padang on Tuesdays should be no later than 2:00pm. Flight departures on Thursdays at the end of your trip should be no earlier than 10:00am.

Rates for Children (5 yrs - 12 yrs) & Infants (6 months - 4 yrs):

* Children and infants must share with parents but are not included in counting of guest numbers in rooms (eg. 2 adults sharing with 2 kids still pay twin share)

- Child 8d / 9n US$300 (transfers) + (7 x US$100 a night) = US$1000

- Child 15d / 16n = US$300 (transfers) + (13 x US$100 a night) = US$1600

- Infant 8d / 9n US$150 (transfers) + (7 x US$50) = US$500

- Infant 15d / 16n US$150 (transfers) + (13 x US$50) = US$800

* Note baby sitting can be organized for infants by letting us know in advance.

* Infants share bed with parents on the Ambu Ambu Ferry.

* All guests under the age of 18 are the responsibility of parents.

Please keep the bank slip you receive after making payment via Telegraphic Transfer, and send us an email with a scan of the bank transfer slip so we know which payment is yours.

Also note that those making payment are responsible for bank transfer fees associated with International payments. To save costs, we suggest you send payments as a group rather than individually. International transfer fees are usually between $15 - $35 flat rate (per transfer).

Option 2. Payment by Visa or Mastercard transacted in Australian Dollars. You may secure your booking with a $500 AUD per person deposit. Please contact us for instructions on how to make this payment via your Mastercard or Visa card. We will not levy your credit card with any merchant fee for accepting this transaction however you should be aware that your Bank may levy your card with a nominal international transaction fee which is beyond our control. If you elect to use our credit card payment method, you can be assured that your credit card details will be protected by the most secure payment technology (SSL certified 128 bit data encryption) offered by Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Ausatralia's leading and most trusted bank).
